At Kroflič Sawmill in Črnova near Velenje, we offer fir lamellas for joinery and further processing. Lamellas are narrow, elongated timber components intended for further cutting and processing. They form part of our fir timber sales range for woodworking workshops, contractors and private customers.
Thickness, width, length, moisture content and timber quality matter when choosing fir lamellas. Depending on the finished product, we also check knots and surface quality. Suitability for subsequent gluing or other processing must be assessed according to the specific timber and the requirements of the process used.
